We recently had a winter maintenance service done by Palmspas. Since we had an awesome customer experience when purchasing our hot tub, it was clear which company we wanted to handle the job. After a quick phone call, we set up an appointment. The technician (I think his name was Kyle or Carl) came to take care of everything. He was super friendly and courteous, and he did a fantastic job. He checked and cleaned all parts inside and out to ensure our jacuzzi is ready for the winter. He also went over what we need to do when we’re ready to use it again. Big thanks for this! Definitely recommend!

Outstanding assistance, particularly from the four gentlemen who came to set up our Swimspa. It wasn't the simplest task to get it in place, but they put in a lot of effort and made it happen. Super polite and well-informed crew. Nothing was too much hassle for them. I'd suggest them to anyone!

Huge shoutout to the team at Palm Spas. Just got our hot tub delivered and set up by Kyle and Arron - super efficient, great guys who obviously enjoy their work. They even took our old hot tub, which was pretty large, but we handled it! Looking forward to using our tub later.

We recently purchased a Cosmo+ tub from Palm Spa, and let me tell ya, the whole process was top-notch. From our first conversation with Jamie to the delivery and setup by Aaron and Grant, everything was just fantastic. Jamie really took the time to understand what we were looking for, even FaceTiming us to show the tubs in the showroom and giving us great advice. This morning, Aaron and Grant delivered our hot tub at 8:30, and they were super helpful and really knew their stuff about how to maintain and enjoy our new tub. They set it up for us and walked us through everything we need to know. Big thanks to Aaron, Grant, and the team at Palm Spas—we're so excited to start using our tub!

I recently had my hot tub serviced and I’m giving Arron from Palm Spas a solid 5 stars. What a fantastic guy he is! He really knows his stuff, and if he doesn’t have the answer to your question, he’ll make sure to find it. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. We got our hot tub from Palm Spas. On Thursday, they repaired the faulty lead. Today, Aaron came by to service our tub, and it’s working like a charm again. Awesome service and super friendly folks!

The hot tub was delivered today by some fantastic folks who ensured we were satisfied with everything. They explained everything thoroughly. It looks amazing, and we’re really pleased with its appearance!!! Big thanks again, would definitely recommend!

The customer support really needs some enhancement. Unfortunately, it's clear they’re in a hurry, and that reflects in the quality of their service. I mentioned the long hours spent traveling.

This amazing spa totally surpassed what I thought it would be. Gareth and his crew gave us a fantastic demo. I can't recommend this company enough; they went above and beyond for us.

Super informative and they called back to address my questions through WhatsApp messages. We've only had the spa for one weekend so far, but it really seems to be top-notch. I was blown away by how well it maintained its temperature, which kept the pump from running all night (Spritz +). Major props to the delivery crew—two fantastic guys who went above and beyond, explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring all my queries were sorted. If things keep up like this, I’ll be one very satisfied customer.

This morning, Jamie and Tom showed up with my hot tub. They were super friendly and nice. They set up the tub and went over all the details I needed to understand. Really helpful and enjoyable to work with. Thanks a bunch, guys!!! I’ll be soaking in my tub tonight!

Awesome communication during the whole transaction and delivery process. The spa we ordered faced some delays due to supply chain hiccups, but we could easily call and chat with someone. Delivery was top-notch. Access was a bit tricky, but the two guys didn’t complain (unlike our past experiences with another company). They placed the spa just right for us and provided clear instructions. We figured out that the cover lifter wasn’t necessary, so we returned it and got a refund without any fuss. Fantastic company.

We got our spa in April '21 and were super happy with the service. Recently, we ran into a problem that ended up being a blown fuse. Once more, Palm Spas came through with excellent problem-solving and eventually sent Aaron and his buddy for a service call. They sorted out the issue and even tidied up the power cable a bit. I'd recommend them to anyone.

What can I say? Palm spas have truly been fantastic from beginning to end. Ordering was super easy, and the sales team was both friendly and helpful. The delivery and installation crew (Jamie & Joe) really went the extra mile while they were here. They were incredibly courteous and well-informed, taking the time to walk me through every detail of the tub. It was a joy having them in our home.
